What Backend Proxy is and why you need it

Backend Proxy is our edge server that accepts HTTP/HTTPS from visitors and forwards requests to your VPS (backend). Your domain A-record points to the proxy IP, not the real server.

  • Hides backend IP — harder to attack your VPS directly.
  • SSL (Let's Encrypt) on the proxy, including wildcard for subdomains.
  • Link domains to RP in the dashboard and auto-set A @ and www records.
  • Backend IP, status, and failover are managed under Backend Proxy.
